Elect Ron Silver

It’s time to stop growing the bureaucracy. We must do more with less !

It’s easy to govern when times are good, but it takes real leadership to govern when the going gets tough.

It’s Time that our elected officials take note of the concerns of the citizens of this county and get rid of the insider trading.

It’s Time for leadership that can "say no" to new spending and the higher taxes needed to support the over-zealous spending.

It’s Time to stop bailing out county insiders that made bad land investments and now expect the taxpayers of this county to purchase the land at an inflated cost for parks and other kinds of green space.

It’s Time for Free Enterprise, Property Tax Reform, Less Government and English-only documents at all levels of county government.

My concerns are that we have too much duplication of government services, resulting in an expanded government bureaucracy.

The attempt to consolidate our trash services would have added more bureaucracy.

I believe that it should be the Board of Commissioners responsibility to work with the Gwinnett Legislatures in offering ideas to the State Legislative Body that requires State intervention in order for the county to make positive changes.
